1. Repairs A qualified technician is on the premises at all times to service equipment bought from Canicom. He repairs drills, hand pieces and autoclaves, whether they are under warranty or not.

Repairs are done quickly since Canicom keeps frequently needed parts in stock. Special parts are usually available within a few days.

2. Sharpening
Canicom offers a high quality sharpening service to satisfy its customers' high standards. Monoblock gouges can be sharpened the same day while other tools require a one-week waiting period.

Upon demand, sharpened instruments may be sent by mail. (Postage and handling charges apply.)

3. Advanced training
To meet its customers' needs in advanced training, Canicom regularly offers lectures and workshops on new developments in foot care (new techniques and technologies, innovative products, etc.).

A guest specialist provides training to a group of 20 persons maximum. Sessions last from one half-day to a whole day.
